So I found out though another site that if you live in the US Mainland,That anyone can apply for their cards,I apped for the AAdvantage Visa Infintie and The AAdvantage Black Mastercard world elite,It took about 25 minuties on the phone with them,They said I can call back in 3 hours to see if I was approved or not,I'll give them a call on Saturday,Both cards come with a sign up bonus of 37,000 miles on each card and you have to spend $3000 in the first 12 months,I will keep everyone posted with the results..I called Banco Popular and they are trying to download my EQ(which some lenders have a hard time pulling) I told them if they are having a problem pulling it,Just give EQ a call and they will get them the credit report,The CSR already knew this and they have had to call EQ before,I'm hoping they pull EQ as I only have 15 pulls in the past 2 years,2 in the past 6 months(most lenders have been pulling on me EX and TU,Which are kinda heavy on Inquires right now) I'll keep everyone posted on the outcome,The CSR told me to call back around 2pm today,But I don't know if I will have time,I may have to wait until tomorrow
I'm on it!![]()
Let me know how yours goes.
if I was to get approved for at least one of these, I would be forced to garden for awhile while I work on spend requirements of my new haul.
THey each come with a somewhat large annual fee...

While the Infinite does have a $195 AF for 37,000 miles, the lesser Card has a $50 fee that's waived the first year for the same 37,000 miles.
if Sandman2435 was to get both, it would be $195 for 74,000 miles if I'm reading it right.

It's a shame because it's an easy way in theory to get another 75K AA miles but based on those reviews it's possible that you would get screwed over and never see them. Guess we will have to see what happens with sandman.

Thanks For the info Irish,I just read it,Sounds like they are risky ,I would be very surprised if I got approved,They even asked me how much was my car payment(I don't have a car payment) The CSR also asked how much of a credit limit I would want on the cards,He said starting limits are $500.00 to $50,000,I asked for $10K each ,My big question is how do the miles get reported to American Airlines as he did not ask for my membership number for American Airlines ,I'm afraid I'll get approved for $500.00 and the AF is $195.00 alone for the Visa
