I saw the link to apply online, but decided to see how yours goes.  I wonder if there's any difference between applying online or over the phone?

The link to apply online seemed to only load more info about the card when I clicked it.

Hey B335is ,you would need to call them to apply,The online app is only if you live in PR

Isn't PR as a whole (government/financial district) in financial turmoil?  Aren't they seeking a bailout from Congress?  This makes me very skeptical.  Curious to see how it goes for OP.  Good luck.

Lots of branches in my city. Too bad they're not great for points. Buncha goods services that can be redeemed in the 787 area code.

Not yet I called them today and they told me to check back in a day or two,I have yet to see a pull on my credit reports,I wonder if it's a soft pull,I would only be so lucky and yes I would love the easy miles to pad my American Airlines,I have some trips out west planned for 2017

Banco Popluar always pulls Transunion, they will only pull transunion if your score is 700+ if not they will pull TU & Equifax to try to help you get approved
