Bank of America - I received 7-10 days message after asking for $15'000 (having $1500 limit and a card for almost a year or so). I called regular Customer Service who said a Credit Analyst is working on my request. My TU FICO08 is 709.
Should I give backdoor number a call to find out sooner and provide them with the info (if needed) or should I just wait? They pulled my TU already.
What do you think?
I am in the same boat as you but I am going to wait it out so if they deny it or they counter too low then I will call and see if I can recon it as opposed to reaching out to them first. I would rather try to talk my way out of a denial than worry I am talking myself into one.

Second day, no increase visible on my account. Should I give regular customer service a call to get an update? Or do I continue waiting?
I would call the backdoor number. I have had great success with them. Went from $1000 approval to $19500 the same day. Currently at $24.5k. They are nice and a lot different than Chase, IMO.
Got denied via backdoor. I have 3 cards with balances of a little over 50% and one that has yet ot report 0 balance but at 65%. I have 10 CCs more reporting 0 balances. He said the reason was those cards and to pay them off , wait until CRA update and try again. YEAH, like I am going to waste another HP.
Forget BofA.
