I've experienced TU slow to update by a matter of days but not months. That stinks it's so slow in your case. I'd wait for it to udate as that should give you a score bump.

Lol yea I thought so too. Until the banker told me wth was I doing with cc that are five years old and never requesting cli after they stopped. So I assumed that meant I should try. The barclay rewards card

I got that card when my scores were probably 660-680ish but I don't recall what my util was.

Okay just did some digging around and some quick math and I think my util was ~28%, so just under the 30% recommended threshold. But anyway yes the higher your scores and lower you util the better the odds lol.

Just get your Utilities down under 10% you'll be ok, No lates, Derog, less than 6 inquiries, within the past 6 months,  only Apply when your confortable with your TU score.if your not in a rush ...
