Thanks for sharing and reaffirming Barclays jealous lover status and sorry you weren't approved. I managed to get their uber visa back in 2017 through recon but they kept me nerfed at 500CL so I closed it recently. I don't think opening few other cards around the same time frame limited my CL since there maybe other factors involved but with their rep I guess I can't put it past them now.

If they were below 6/24 it could happen. Unfortunately it's pretty much a blanket policy for this card.

That was why I expected at least a $30k approval for Venture 2 years ago! In this case certainly appears to be the 6/24 thing.

Sorry K on the denial. Looks to me that more and more lenders are putting restrictions now to limit card/SUB churning. I'm sure you'll get it in a few months, this is just a minor setback, a hiccup so to speak.
