Re: Bbva hopefully approved

Just curious,  ate your secondary reports on ice?  IDS/ARS I think those are the acronyms. I can't get an approval from BBVA and I think that's the reason.   I was able to get them to do a recon and then they came back with the reasons listed on my credit report of what's hurting my score.   Original denial notice was unable to verify identity.  I ended up getting two letters from them,  both denials. Good luck

I think they are not inquiry sensitive. from everything i read. So i think it would be ok to unfreeze the two minor players.

You're right from everything I've read.   I originally froze them from the peering eyes of US Bank

Re: Bbva hopefully approved

Sorry to hear 12....I didn't get the "letter in the mail" repsonse but I did get the "someone will call you to complete the app" and I did receive 2 notifications vai EQ monitoring for 2 BBVA EX pulls...same thing happened for GAP Visa and Nordstroms as well...MAYBE it's a good sign..not sure why I get double notificaitons unless each one pulled the same bureau twice...we'll have to wait and see. Scores have taken a beating though...

Re: Bbva hopefully approved

Not to hijack your thread but I HIGHLY doubt that I'm getting it, found out today from Fidelity AMEX (4th recon call) that the REAL reason why they're not willing to extend credit to me is from a 2008 CO for $2800 and some change...GOOD LUCK OP, my fingers are STILL crossed for you buddy, maybe I'll stick a NOLA Pelicans sticker on my Venture...wa la...NBA Venture..WHO has that

I'm in the same boat. I called 3 times and got the same "still under review" answer. I even asked one rep flat out if it looked like a denial and he said "no, no decision has been made at all yet. "I'll just hold onto that sense of hope, false as it may be." Good luck to everybody who's waiting.
