@805orbust Thank you for chiming in with this info! @bobnathan0295 here's another reply to your question.

You're not missing much. Probably the worst prime lender in my opinion.

I had a chargeoff with Citi. I paid the chargeoff. It has been more than 18 months ago. It still looks like I am on the bad books of Citi
I have a score of 710+. But I do have a chargeoff with Citi which I paid off 18 months ago

Perhaps, but I love Best Buy, so if I could get the BB card, I'd be very thrilled. Those 0% deferred interest offers also come in handy.
I definitely agree with @Brian_Earl_Spilner on the sentiment about Citi but @OmarGB9 basically summed up my thoughts. That Best Buy Visa really comes in handy when I wanna purchase my electronics locally... They'll have to pry it from my cold, dead hands!!! ![]()
Citi is worse prime lender or best buy credit card issued by citi? Would disagree with both of those sentiments, but why we all have choices if you haven't burnt citi that is. Citi Custom Cash is an amazing CC 5% off in your top cat granted it is capped at $25 a month, but for groceries or gas or what other category it is an awesome CC. Best buy is a very good CC as well as long as you aren't carrying a balance or use their promo financing. About to buy a Sony 75 x95j tv excellent open box for 1350$ when normally 2100. How I ran across this thread likely will grab card and use for the 15% back and also pick up the sonos arc/sub at same time to get 15% back on all that. Also which i would of had card back when GPU's were going for crazy money whether it was for me and my crypto mining or reselling when I found a deal on a gpu I didn't want back and resell last year it would of been an excellent card to have. I can think of many other use cases as well for this card and other citi cards which I have. Have premier and just got 800$ back for spending 4k, can't laugh at that either.
I dislike WF just for reason I can't get approved for them for the sole reason of having to much credit. Does that make them bad? I learned some lenders just don't work for some people and accept WF doesnt like my total high credit line just like some CU's and move on.

I also love their website, how easy it is to use, and how much information they provide up front without making you dig. Everything is fast and convenient.
