I had applied several months back, they said the same thing. I then called and said if you couldn't indentify me then you didn't get my credit report and the hard pull shoudn't have occurred. ( I admit I was ticked off and total BS line) however they did remove the inquiry though
But yes they said they couldn't verify which is frustrating because I know eveything is correct. Sorry this happened to you also.
There are a ton of posts about them denying for the same reason i don't know why anyone even bothers anymore with this card they have been out a while now and still haven't fixed this problem.
