BoA BankAmericard app error -prequal

Used a prequal'd mail in offer and the site found it.  Filled in the app with all the info, accepted the terms & conditions and submitted.

The site kept processing for like 5min and then returned:

We apologize for any inconvenience.

The application you are requesting is currently unavailable.

Thank you for your interest.

Application denied or should I call?  What are their service hours?

My concern is that they did a HP with even processing the application.

Checked the status online and it says under review... Don't a phone at the moment since mine broke so they wouldn't be able to call and reach me. Should I call them first thing tomorrow?

Checked the status this morning and now it's saying "Application not found"

"The information you entered does not match our records. Please enter your personal information as it appears on your submitted application."

Does this mean it didn't go through and would have to submit a new application? :/

Call them up in the backdoor # thread you can find the number there to speak with someone about your situtation and whether they have your application and the status of it

Thank! I'll give a call in the afternoon when I get home from work.

I did just receive an updated offer from them for 18mo, current one is 21mo and expires 12/31/2016...  I'll call them and see what's going on.

Just spoke to an analyst and she said that there's delays due to the holiday backlog.

It's odd that the app status isn't found online but it was found with the phone automated system.  I'll check again on Monday to see where it's at... :fingerscrossed:
