Re: BoA lov button undecided

The older one I've had since 2006 and if I remember correctly the SL was $1000

I wonder if you could have gotten 26k as a SL, and then a bit more with  CLI on the first one. What was the SL on the older card?

I have been doing some digging, and while you may be right about the initial $26k being a possibility, I can also just call them and do a reallocation from the BBR to the new BAC and if you do it over the phone it's supposedly a SP only (yes, for reallocation requests!). If you try to reallocate online it's supposedly a HP according to the boards online.

So, first I'm going to try to talk my way into ANYTHING more on the new card with an analyst using the backdoor (even $4 - 5k would work), and then step 2 is I will ask them to reallocate from the BBR card maybe $25k since that is paid off. Just an interesting note is that the BBR also has a BT offer on there is 3.99% for 12 months with a $90 max cap on BT fee. But of course, 0% for 15mo is much better especially with the $0 BT offer!

Re: BoA lov button undecided

That's what I'm looking for, somewhere to park a balance completely free.

I'd like to know if somebody has a BLOC with them, I just looked over at their site and the requirements are 2 years 100k in rev. I've been with Wells Fargo for 3 years with 200k/year in deposits and all they've given me is a miserable 20k loc/term loan hybrid at 16%, I'm so ready to ditch them but they are literally down the block. If the underwriting is loose like with CCs then it could be good.

Here I thought Boa was a dying old fogey but hey

Re: BoA lov button undecided

We have crazy similar profiles... I have the unsecured BLOC with them. It's supposed to be $10k to $100k but I requested $200k unsecured and they countered @ $130k which I accepted.

Standard app process was 2yrs of business returns, and last 2 filed years for personal returns (only the first page of returns for personal). We run our business banking thru BofA so they knew that we were legit in our revenues as the deposits lined up.

I would say that they are 60/40 more looking at the personal history than the business. They did run a UCC lien check and maybe a D&B on the biz, but didn't seem to be too concerned other than the basics. Hope this helps!

Re: BoA lov button undecided

It certainly does thanks! I need to start leveraging this thing.

So you're kind of confirming they are loose on business lending also nice. I wonder how much scrutiny I'd go through for not banking with them. I also havent bothered setting up D&B because I've read repeatedly that it is a waste of time in 2018.

Feel free to PM me any other lender you've had good results with

This is exactly the thread I was looking for. I am at $48k on my BBR, and have had this limit for about 2 years. Took a hard pull to go from $25k to 48k at that time.

I just paid a $23k balance on that card to $0 that was building up / riding for about 5 months. Same with my Amex Delta made a single payment last week for $17k that was building over the past 6 months. Statement just cut 2 days ago, and CCT is showing 789 EXP / 794 TU / 781 EQ with the updated balances. No inq's over the past 1yr on all 3 but between 2-5 on the reports over the past 24 months. Current util accross all cards is 16%.

I would like to request $80k+, and this thread is giving me hope. My income is also solid > $250k. Should I do that,or is $32k too big of a jump? Should I request more? Don't want to waste a hp for a small ( < $15k) bump.

Also, if you are over $50k limit will the CR still count revolving balances on this card as utilization?

Help appreciated!

We have almost identical stats. I am very curious on what you decide to do!

Pulled the trigger - assume it was a HP but no clue yet.

Anyway, asked for $100k, but only got $58k total. Not sure how I feel about that, I might have to call on Monday but I'm sure that would cost another HP if they looked again. I might hit up the backdoor and will report back!

Re: BoA lov button undecided

You could use that same inquiry to apply for a new card within 30 days (no new inquiry makes it a risk-free app), and if you're approved, move some of that credit onto the card you want it on.
