Finally hit 4/24 so I decided to get this to boost URs and get the 0% intro APR. Denied. Reasons in letter:
Too many installment loans other than mortgage, automobile or student loans
Amount owed on installment accounts
One or more credit cards have a high balance compared to the credit line
Average age of accounts reported within 6 months is too short
All of that is fair enough except for reason three. One card is at 11%(900/8000) and another is at 17%(300/1700) with aggregate on revolvers at 2%. I guess technically my Gold AmEx is maxed since it has balance. The pulled EX and EQ but cited EQ Card Aquisition Risk Score V2 with a 757.
I think this is my last attempt at Chase for some time. As much as I'd like to score one more revolver with them I think I was too active for their taste for the past few years. So it goes.

Sorry for your denial OP
You mave have (1) shot at recon! .. Cannot hurt to try?
OP is certainly welcome to try but I doubt this would be successful recon since all high notes were hit
Multiple personal loans to them indicate financial issues. It's neither fast or hard rule, but the fact it's mentioned along with number of recently opened cards means you'll be hard pressed to find UW willing to go against automated decision.
Utilization can be reconed if/when it's lowered and another HP is performed. They aren't going by what they cannot see.
Yeah if 1 and 2 weren't on there I'd attempt to recon since I've only opened two personal account since last April(one revolver and one personal loan) but with all of four going against me I think it's fair to just let it die.
