Does a CLI denial restart the clock on eligibility towards another CLI?

No. If you are enrolled in the Credit Step Program and dont miss a payment for the first 6 months they will increase your CL, If you missed a payment then count 6 more months, but during that time frame you can check your eligibility online or now even though the app. If you are denied you can check anytime you would like since its computer generated.

The only clock running on CLI's is after you receive one. After getting a CLI you usually have to wait six months for the next one, but a denial has no effect.
