CSP 7-10 day noticed.

Had a inquiry to spare so I applied. Got the 7-10 message. Crossing my fingers bc I heard people got approved after they receiving the same message. I do tons of traveling.

CK shows 655 Eq 653 TU

CK are FAKOs.  Do you know what your real FICOs are?  Your scores are on the "fair side" and Chase CSP starts are $5000 limit.  What are the limits on your current cards and how many new accounts have you had say for this year?

Ok..  For the future, don't rely on FAKO scores when applying for cards.  Chase in addition to using FICO scores also rely heavily on their internal scores.  Keep checking the automated message and see what it says.

And if you can't wait, you can call the recon line to speak to a credit analyst and see what decision they have made.  Keep us posted on results.

Usually (usually) 7-10 day decisions are declines...where two week decisions are approvals. Wait until you get the letter and call recon.

Good luck

More importantly, Chase doesn't use the VantageScores that CK provides.

One should always consider the specific scoring model and CRA used by a given creditor and that goes for FICO's as well. FICO 8 is the most commonly used scoring model but not all creditors/products use FICO 8 and there are many other FICO models used by creditors.

Allegedly there are creditors that use VantageScores but I haven't seen much info on this aside from maybe the Kohl's card.

All X days or X-Y days indicates is that manual review is required.  The outcome depends on the findings of the review.

I hate Chase. I was denied a CSP with a 700 FICO. I only use my Freedom card for their revolving rewards. Nothing else.
