I usually receive an answer to a CLI request in a couple of days. Don't know if this matters but that was when we could call them direct. Can't do that anymore so I sent them a message on November 1st, received a call on the 2nd to go over things and just logged in this morning (11th), no answer yet. I believe she said that it could take 7-10 days (business days?). I was thinking that's just something that they tell us but it's always quicker. Not this time.
My EO interactions in the past usually came through in about 6-8 business days.

Hopefully you will hear something soon.. I'm only 2 days into my wait to hear back from them, patiently waiting..... she told me I would hear something 7-10 days but she would personally call me back with the answer 3-5 days.
You should have gotten a pin coded from them during your phone conversation. I did and she said I was welcome to call anytime.

Yes. I tried the Luv Button a few times over the last few months but that was only giving me $1K. I've had much better results with the EO in the past so I sent them an e-mail.

Nope, I haven't thought that yet. Other interactions with them have resulted in much better CLIs than their website was giving me.

I'm inclined to know what type of spend is you putting on the card? Also, I can see the EO changing their email address very soon. It's seems that more and more are going this route when the online site does not offer them the CLI they want. Just my opinion.

Right. I can see if the OP is putting moderate spend in the range of $4K-$8K monthly for each Capital One card or exceeding the CLs frequently but I highly suspect that's not the case given the other tradelines listed.
