Cap 1 two -three say message question

When requesting a CLI from Cap 1, I believe the computer provides the answer if it's approved. Is it a computer or human that makes the decision when we receive the 2-3 day message?

Pretty sure it's all automated. I've never had to wait 2-3 days. The rejection letter is always ready for me to read within a few minutes. I think the 2-3 day wording is just their way of being nice about a "no".

Cap one always  is computer generated . If not instant I would say 99% denial

It sounds like they either denied it or are going to do a manual check because the computer could not do it. In the end you will get a result in a few days.
