Got my discharge a few days ago and applied for Capital One $39 annual fee card. Got declined online so I recon and the she told they were sending it to the back office for review and could take up to 3 weeks! Anyone else have this happen?

Capital One was included in my BK and as such I was declined until I was 1 year post discharge. That used to be in their terms, but that may have changed.

How did you recon with Capital One? They don't have a recon number.

That won't work either. They won't over turn a denial.
