Cap One no SUB on second card?

Hi all. 

I am currently getting a preapproval for the Venture and Savor cards but it doesn't show the SUB on the pre-qual page. I know Cap One is wearing of churners, which I am not. I previously opened my QuicksilverOne in March 2018 which had a SUB. Is there a time period to wait where Cap One will allowyou to get another one?

This is a new thing with Capital One (a few months). The prequal does not show a SUB for some profiles.

You are can still back out of the prequal and apply  via the page with the SUB. They will evaluate you application for the account with a SUB. I called to confirm this. They would not tell me (because the CSR do not know. Cap1 UW is black box) if the standards for each are different but I assume they are since the no SUB cards sometimes appear with the words "for average credit"

Some days the prequal site shows me the SUB. Some days it does not. My FICO scores are relatively stable so it must be something about my internal profile.
