Cap one apps just say processing! Never complete

I think this has changed .They only allow new apps every 6 months now

This is correct. You now must wait six months between apps with Cap 1.

That sucks. Sorry OP-that rule has changed. They used to allow 2. Even as close back as 2015-didn't know they changed that. I feel bad now that you applied based on what I said. Hopefully they didn't pull a hard for you on the second app and it was just a straight denial. Maybe someone can verify if they do or not. Again-sorry. I didn't know.

It changed around Summer of last year sadly , it sucks you can only app for one card every 6 mths now

But I do know for sure if your denied for that reason they don't pull your credit at all

Received a email today from Cap 1 saying my credit was not effected - Denied because I have card app pending or newly opened- I was approved for QS1.$500- NFCU denied app but offered secured instead, Not sure if its worth it . To soon after chap 13 DC was reason- DC sept2016.
