Had a Platinum opened in January. One of my first payments was returned due to bank error, and after EO Recon failed, all my CLI requests were denied due to the returned payment.
I read it takes 6 to 12 months for this to no longer be an issue. I'm coming up on my Credit Steps so wanted to attempt to get a bonus CLI beforehand. I was approved for an additional 1k today. 4 statements since returned payment. Helpful news for people searching for an answer, hopefully
