Cap1 CLI Denial based on June FICO

Submitted for Cap1 CLI in July, August, and now again in Sept and they keep denying based on a June FICO pull. And of course, that was the one month that I forgot to AZEO and let a large balance post to two accounts. So now Cap1 keeps using the reason that balances were too high. For the life of me, I can't seem to get them to pull a new FICO. I've since learned that they're often 1-2 months behind on these, but THREE?  Any thoughts?

I found they have only SP'd my CRs every 3-4 months. So, until they SP again, that is what they will use. You can check annual credit report weekly to see when they pull it and after they do, you can try again.

@Anonymous Very helpful, thank you. I've also found that you can daily check SP's on on all three CRAs by going in as if you're going to start a dispute and looking at your full Credit Report that way. Any idea which CRA's FICO they're using for CLI? Thanks

Sorry, not sure. I notice SPs on all 3, I believe, so I couldn't say for certain. I wish I could be of more help. Maybe someone else will know.

Cap 1 did me like that also, I called them and Equifax. Because it didn't make sense how could you deny me in August based on scores from June? Equifax said it's cap 1 fault and cap 1 said that's the info Equifax gave them.

current scores

Gardening since 2/12/21
Cap1 Qs $500
Citi secured-$300
Gettington-$800
Nfcu cash rewards $7000
NFCU nreward sec-$300
ch7 discharge 2013

The reason that is because they use the SP when they do it on their SP schedule (which who knows what that is?!). Cap one does not do a SP when you make the CLI request, which is why the results are so quick, and instead they use the info from the SP. They have been doing my SPs quarterly or even every 4 months!
