Or you could be like me, and be told no more soup EVER!! Granted I'm low income, and have 3 cards which add up to more than 50% of income. The message basically says max exposure for income. They have continued the promo APR reductions of 4.99% though, can't be too salty. 😂 

Don't expect Cap One cards to grow much. While some get very nice limits, and increases... There's many high income earners who receive no Cap ❤️.

Cap One is its own unique lender, for better or worse.

I experimented before with them on best chances for a CLI but it is been years and criteria changes, However with a mere $2K Walmart Mastercard i have with them, i bet doing the SD routine for a period of months without useage might just catch some attention. We'll see. I'm always dropping in Walmart but have other cards that can pay for purchases there although i'll miss the 5% online shopping i really like doing. But $2K is bleak and even $3K would inspire some interest for me. Like i said earlier i only would go $5K on this card. When it was Synchrony my limit was achieved for $10K and i didnt bother requests after that.
