Capital One Manual Review

Hi All,
Thanks to all who gave great advice on the capital one EO email.

I received a call back Friday 4/8 from a lovely lady who took my info and then submitted it for manual review.

From experience how long did it take for you to see any increase to your accounts, if at all? I am waiting to see an increase any day now but no luck as of yet.

7-10 business days. They may or may not provide an increase. There are no guarantees. I've had a manual review from the EO come back and decline any level of increase, then about 4 weeks later I push the button and get a 3k increase. Makes zero sense. Nothing changed in profile in that 4 weeks. Hope it works out for you!

Exactly, sometimes they make absolutely no sense. Such as denying a cli on a 2 year old card, perfect payment history, blah blah, and then the next day approving the same cardholder's venture application with a $15K SL
