One of my friends has received a pre-approved offer thru email from Capital One for Savor One card. However, whenever she clicks on the link or try to go online to apply for this card thru this offer via Reservaton Number and Access Code, but she doesn't see her info pre-filled to the next page which is an application itself. Normally when we put this offer code, application would automatically pre-filled our application and everything will be there, but when she tried then its an empty and blank application as if you are applying for the card without any offer. Her offer is good until August. I remember I received the pretty much same offer last year and when I responded with offer code, my information was there but not her case. Has anyone ever seen like this, or is it normal? The department that deals with new application is closed for the weekends, so I thought to ask if anyone knows anything about it. Do you think she should go ahead and apply, or wait to ask representative why is it like this? Thanks
is she signed into her account on the browser she's submitting the application on?
perhaps that could trigger it to fill in the information correctly

No...She is NOT signed into her account. She clicked the link given on the pre-approval email. She also tried going directly to Capital One site, given in that email as another method to respond to the offer by manually adding offer code....but all these efforts only open a page to apply for this card than her information gets printed out itself on there or any offer code mentioning there....which is why she backed down...and has decided to speak with Capital One tomorrow because they are closed for the weekend....
