Capital one 7-10 message

My husband got the 7-10 day non-denial message from Cap 1 today for both the Platinum and QS after getting the prequal. I realize this is probably a verification issue. My question is if there is an email address or automated number to see what they might need. My husband detests talking on the phone for any reason, even with me.

You will either need to wait for the letter and submit what is needed, or call in to speak with someone if verification is the issue. Verification for Capital One cannot be handled via an automated system. Sorry.

There isn't a phone number to call. Whatever their decision is., they will either send you an email or send you a letter via mail.

what is a non-denial 7-10 day message? most of those are denials and the letter will be in the mail within 7-10 days

When I applied for my Capital One Playstation card last year I got the 7-10 day message, turned out to be an approval. I just waited for the letter and said I was approved for a 3k limit, never called or anything.
