Do you think I will be approved instantly or the app will go pending?
What I've been seeing in the DPs is that unless you already have an account with Captial One, virtually all applications from outside customers are processed through their fraud department for verification. Mine took about 6 business days start to finish.
I had two accounts open and still got 7-10 day on Venture.
Got $30k at 12.99% 4 days later.
Larger limits may be delayed also.

Hello everyone. So I applied for tha capital one savor one credit card today and was denied instantly. I don’t understand why as I have a 780 credit score. I did apply for two other credit cards last week and got approved for both of those. What should I do. Can I recon?
If you look through DPs on the forums for Savor, Capital One has a pattern of declining files that are high FICO scores but too many new accounts in recent months. They're scared of churners who are credit seeking and potentially looking to get the bonus but downgrade or close their account. The new inquiries in your report will look like a red flag on their end and unfortunately you should have pulled the trigger on their application first to avoid this. My understanding is Capital One decisions are final and recons are not possible. I'd suggest waiting 6-12 months and applying again.
Sorry about the denial. Cap One doesn’t recon unfortunately. We’ve seen many an applicant with a high FICO get denied for the Savor cards.
I applied for the QuickSilver card yesterday and was insantly denied too. In my thread I posted people also agreed that it seems Capital One frowns upon multiple inqueries or accounts opened within 24 months. What a waste of a hard pull

Did you have a prequalified offer before pulling the trigger?
Unfortunately it's not unusual at all with the Savor product - they're very conservative with approvals on it. Overall they seem to have a 5/24 type of policy. Nobody really knows the exact number, but if you have multiple new accounts in 24 months, you're not likely getting an approval for a "prime" card from Capital One.
There is no recon with Capital One; you just have to chalk it up as a loss and try again later (or just go with a similar product from another bank).
I had a prequal offer for Savor/Venture/QS and was isntantly denied too for Savor. Pretty sure I fall under their forumla for a churner just because of my limits and low/no balanced. Odd part, didnt get any alerts for any credit hard pulls and that was a week ago. Weird. 780-790 Fico 8s across the board.
