Capital one using outdated credit score

I received a denial letter for CLI and saw the letter stated they used Equifax  and my score from February 22, 2020.  Thats 2 months ago.  My score has increaseld dramatically since then..Does anyone know if this is normal for them to use a score thats two months old?

It is very normal for them to use old scores. 2 months back is kinda excessive, but with everything going on they may not have pulled your credit for March.

Yes, because it is cheaper to use old score, and not have to pay for a fresh pull.

Re: Capital one using outdated credit score

It's normal because Capital One does account reviews every four months on average

If you look at your SPs, you will notice they do monthly SPs, but those marked as AR are done every 4(ish) months, and that's the score they will use till next AR.

For you, next AR will be in June.
