So capital one has denied every app I sent even for the secured card, even though I have amex green, slate, us bank and many other... their reason was I need to remove the fraud alert first. ..
Any one heard that before? .. it doesn't make sense. .

So you have fraud alert? Or is your credit frozen? If you do have fraud alert and they asked you to turn it off. Turn it off and apply and see what happen.

You shouldn't be asking us. You should be on the phone with Capital One to find out what the problem is. And then solve it.

The first thing you should do is call all three bureaus to make sure all your information is correct and nothing has been tempered with.  And then call CAP 1 and have them connect you to the security department to see what the issue it.

But call all 3 bereaus to see why this is happening and then CAP 1-
