Inquries won't be the denail it woud be new acounts if it was denied.. Depending on that will probably be whether you are approved or not. Usually it is verification as other peoples stated as Cap1 isnt affraid to give instant denials.

Just reading different posts about the Savoy card and my own personal experience CapOne hasn't been giving immediately approvals. I had the same exact thing happen to me and finally received the "card is on the way" email about 5 days later.
