Capitol One Venture Denied for having another app on file?

I haven't applied for a Cap 1 card in over a year, I got my denial email and it says my app was denied because I have another app pending. Letter says not to worry because no hard pull, which I don't have any pulls. I only applied for the Venture, not 2 cards at once. Has anyone here experienced this?

Something like this did happen to me call customer service and if they can't help you email the executive office . When it happened to me they said there was some glitch that kept my application active they were able to close the old application and process a new one
