I was approved for a Fidelity Visa Signature (through Elan Financial). I got this card specifically to transfer some balances and used a code when I applied for a 12-month no APR on Purchases and BTs. Anyway, it looks like the offer code wasn't applied. They advised that I send in a copy of my offer along with a written request. I'm just curious if anyone has ever had anything like this happen, and what can I expect as a responce from Cardmember Services?
