I was wondering if anyone have any tips? I applied for this card card on May 1 and until today May 22 it is still pending. I tried calling and emailing and all they say is what. I never had a credit card application pending for so long before. Anyone here else still waiting or had similar experiences?

Three weeks with no additional verification requests seems long. You've done all you can. If the CS answer is, "Just wait," with no other input, I don't hold too much hope for future CS assistance. Best of luck to you.
Thanks that is what I don't get why does it take so long.
I don't think cardless is a real bank and Qatar is a long way. Maybe they only ship applications once a month.

The actual issuer is a very small, as in < 100 employees total, bank (First Electronic Bank) with a state charter issued in Utah. It isn't clear to me what the exact nature of the partnership is between Cardless and the bank.
As for what the OP should do I'd suggest they consider sitting tight and waiting at least until say June 5th to get informed of the outcome as it could be that their anti-fraud person is backed up in performing verifications so turnaround is slow. If you didn't hear from them by June 5th you can try contacting them again, or if you wanted to risk making waves try filing an online complaint against the bank with the FDIC or Utah's Attorney General's office for failure to notify you of the outcome within 30 daysafter the application was submitted - the reason for June 5th is to give ample time for a status mailed via USPS on the 30th day to arrive. The bank is supervised by and insured with the FDIC but they are not a member so a complaint may fall outside the FDIC's scope of governance, in which case your recourse may have to be through the Attorney General's office.
As an aside I've had BoA's antifraud staff take more than 3 weeks to follow up with me before to confirm it was me who applied and I was ultimately approved, so don't give up hope.
