Chances of VentureOne Approval with Thin File

What would be my chances of getting approved for a Capital One VentureOne? I know they are handing out MASSIVE limits right now. 

A little background...I ruined my credit in my 20's and as of 08/01/14 EVERYTHING dropping off my credit. So I had a file like a fresh 18 yo lol. No credit and no FICO scores or any scores. I have had some revolving credit since 09/01/14. About 7 months of reported history and one little $400 installment loan with 7 months also reported. All my current scores and cards are in my sig. My utilization is 8 percent total. Trying to get it under 5.

Any luck trying the Cap1 prequal and seeing if Venture shows up? I was reading around the forums that the prequal site is pretty solid.

The platnium and Quicksilver1 which I already have pops up. The venture did pop up one time 3 weeks ago but it is gone now. I am nervous lol.

Try choosing the excellent credit and travel rewards options on the prequal.

I tried that and nothing came up at all lol. Un lucky me I guess. I wonder if anyone with less than a year has ever been approved?

Yes people have been approved with thin credit, however in your situation I highly doubt you will unfortunately. Keep building up your credit for a while and keep checking that pre-qual site. If it pops up app for it. The pre-quals are extremely reliable. Good luck to you

I got both Venture and Venture One without prequal, $10k each....My file may be a bit thicker, but scores are low 700's high 690's.

There have been many many approvals on Cap One Venture without prequailifiers.  I wouldn't be concerned with a preapproval at all from Cap one.

I think you're a shoe-in for $10k on the Venture.

You should try and go directly. For some reason once that you are pre-qualify and you do not apply on the spot, it goes away. This happened to my mother

Is this what you saw that time? If you saw it at all and your scores didn't drop I'd say that you're golden.

Yes I saw that but you think it went away because my file is to thin? Only 7 months history and AAoA is 4 months?
