Chances of a Chase CLI in 2020 with 6/24

Hey all! Long time, no post, but have been lurking. Hope all is well. Honestly, I have to get off here to garden effectively.

I am still trying to get to CSR status at Chase. My current CSP has 6.8K CL since I opened it. I have been hoping to see an auto-CLI or a "Selected Offer for you" this year after getting my CSP back in Nov 2019, but I think I was put under the bar in 2020. (Putting 2-4K tuition payments on it every few months and random spend) I am thinking about using a HP and calling in for a CLI. I am currently over 5/24 until March. (6/24 right now) I have heard rumors that 5/24 has been affecting CLIs currently. Any truth to this?

I have read that, think it was on DoC. The statement was that going forward, 5/24 was a cutoff for new cards as well as CLIs. I'm pretty sure I've seen at least one member here post that their CLI was declined and being over 5/24 was the reason cited by Chase.
