Im in the same sitiuation with the 2 week notice. Really hard to say with Chase. Most reports on the forum is that the 2 week message is a good thing. Im rooting for you!
I applied yesterday for the Chase Marriot since im well over the 5/24 rule.
I was approved for Marriott back in May. same situatiuon, my app was pending two weeks on the status line for 15 days before showing up on my landing page. Hang in there, some of these apps take a while to process.
Same situation here for freedom and aarp for friend of family.
Also funny that BOA shows as pending but phone call yielded dual approval of 8k bbr and 8k $175 Aicpa Cash Rewards
Banks are strange. Chase can be phenomenal with recons at least in my experience so there's that.
Wait it out!
As far as I have been able to find, 2 Weeks is almost definitely an approval. Sometimes it goes through in a couple days, and sometimes it's several weeks, but ride it out!
If you don't have an online account that you can watch for the card to pop-up, the phone system updates from 2-weeks to approved around the same time as the approval actually happens.
I've been approved for 3 Chase co-branded cards (United, AARP, IHG) and had the 2 week notice for all 3, you should be golden.
I got denied for CSP due to the 5/24 rule but had no trouble getting both the Southwest Rapid Rewards and IHG Rewards card. Guessing Disney will be no problem if you have the scores.
