Chase 30 Day message from 6/10 changed to 7-10 message

What I have read is try not to call.  But if she has to ... she probably can... but if they want to transfer her to an UW or Review dept to hang up. 

I think more people should chime in on a vote on this ... 

Trust me it killed me as I waited ... but I did not want to blow it... I was to nervous.

So you waited until you got a letter that told you to call?

Yeah I waited .. I just kept reading myFico to pass the time. 

I started out with the 30 days .. and then apx 2 weeks in it went to 7-10 days.  

I kept hearing that 7-10 vs 2 weeks vs 30 days. 

The 30 days is a good sign....  I know you must be getting the 7-10 is not good. 

But in hind sight I think it just means you are getting a letter in the mail.  

That can be good ... and I guess that can be bad.  

In her case cause she got the 30 day first... I think its good. 

The famous 7-10 is for snail mail.  I think that is all it means. 

So have her read and learn how to work cards for increases in score and credit. 

Take her for some ice cream .. watch some chick flicks with her to pass the time. 

I think its promising.

Had the exact same thing ... got the 30 day then went to the 7-10 days.  For me that just meant that they sent something in the mail for me to all in and verify.  I take the 7-10 means to me snail mail.  It can go either way.  Denied or just requesting you to call and verify who you are... with scores like you - Im pretty sure they are just verifying you are you.  My letter in the quote un quote mail was just that .. for me to call and verify I was who I am... I was then approved.

That's exactly what happened with me as well.

I got 30 days, then a few days later it switched to 7-10 (which I read was bad news? Or initial 7-10 is bad). Got a letter to verify. Called/verified and was approved.
