Congrats again on your approval, @ElvisCaprice.
11/24 ?!?!
So you're saying they "might" still bypass 5/24 for the Amazon card? Lol ![]()

Ha, sure does @BrutalBodyShots was saying in another thread he knew of someone approved on a Chase Prime Visa @ 30/24 new accounts. Incredible. The churners like this one for $250 no spend, no 5/24. Is a nice tack on to the end of a spree. I don't know if it's better than a CCR @5.25%, will find out, seems folks are getting more than 5% with this Prime Visa Card on add on offers.

They've had a lot of Prime deals lately with 7-10% back on certain items. I think we can all agree this card is a no brainer for anyone that shops on Amazon. Congrats on the new card and $250 gift card!
It's not quite as lucrative, but everyone needs to remember also the American Express Business Amazon Prime card. Yes, I know this isn't the business forums but it's a related topic.
For the Chase Amazon Prime, the normal bonus is $150 but promotion is $250. The AMEX version is still offering their standard $125 Amazon gift card upon approval, no spend required. No annual fee. If you're an AMEX customer it's probably a soft pull plus as a business account won't count against you for new personal lines of credit. Why not do both? Win-win-win! ![]()

Agree if one has a "business" the AMEX prime is the way to go for me at least. Granted Chase does offer some good 5% cats or whatever or other stuff and a great card as well. Although Amex has the Amex offers so both are very good cards. $250 is nice for not spend and bypasses the 5/24 rule but I will take an Ink and remain under 5/24 any day of the week for the nice URs but we are mixing business with personal so not really fair but should be noted
. Well known the Chase Amazon prime doesn't fall under 5/24 rule and believe it is the only card Chase card that ignores it likely due to the contract with Amazon.

My issue with the AMEX version is you don't get the increased cash back offers for delaying shipping. It's always 5% while I've been regularly getting 6% with my Chase and it even elevated to 8% for a minute and is currently at 7%. That adds up as I'm rarely in a rush for my items.
Congrats on the new card, @ElvisCaprice! Chase Amazon is fantastic, the bonus offer is solid and that $10k SL is nice as well. Enjoy it!
Dont forget those of us that buy all our groceries at whole foods.
even though SyncB axed my Amazon store card, the same day I opened the Amazon Prime Visa with the Whole Foods design!
Whole Foods has been having fire sales the past six months! Its almost like we are in a bad economy! Ive never seen whole foods this empty either. They had so many bakery and food items left over from Thanksgiving. plus you can add the card to your app and buy evertyhing with a barcode from the Amazon app.
I was also 13/24 and 700+ Fico. They def approve over 5/24. so does the Marriot cards (got those with 9/24)

Yeah we go to Whole Foods from time to time as well. It's still on average more expensive than going to our grocery store's organic section but we love the cheeses they carry so we splurge a bit.
