No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
Check the prequal page and see what happens. Chase was pretty finicky with me. I still think I got in with my relationship with Southwest (Rapid Rewards and I had just flew with them).
I think that the only difference is that some Chase cards have minimum credit lines, so you have to qualify for those minimum credit lines. CSP has a $5K minimum and the CSR has a $10K minimum. So you have to keep that in mind.
You should check the pre-qual site before applying.

I’m currently 0/24 under 30k util once the PIF payments on two accounts shows up on my 3B next week. My AAoA is 3 yrs 5 mos, oldest is 5yrs. Is there any minimum criteria for Chase besides the 5/24 best practice?
Thanks, trying not to hijack the OP.Utilization should be below 20%, at least one year of AAOA, no bk.
You can have an AAoA of less than a year, but your oldest card should be at least a year old. On that card, you need to be the primary user rather than an AU.
The other thing I'd add is a period of gardening before applying. Three months is good; six is better.
And of course, you want to be under 5/24. And as mentioned, you want to be cautious about cards that might have higher minimum limits than you'd likely qualify for.
Good catch on no bankruptcy. I tend to forget that one.
