Called for a CLI on my CSP today. With the first rep who said it would be a SP and did the application they told me it went to review. I asked the rep if it had anything to do with my reports being frozen and he said no. End of call.
Called recon number just to check and automated line said would hear back with 7-10 days. Had to hang up and run an errand and called recon again and spoke to rep who transferred me to verification dept. told me k had unfreeze TU and asked a couple questions and approved for the CLI.
Moral of the story is yes sometimes reports have to be unfrozen for SP cli with Chase
