...being eligible/ approved for a CLI is typically every 180 days, according to 'most' DPs. There have been some new accounts that are able to get higher credit limits, like yours.

On a lark I requested a CLI in the mobile app just after my second full statement cut and they doubled my $7K SL [which I thought was kind of low] to $14K.

But that's an anecdote, not a data point, because I have no earthly idea why they did that. I was more surprised than anyone when that happened. The only thing I can think of, because it's the only thing out of the ordinary, is because I hit the full 70K points for $6K spend within the first two months.

That's pretty good to hear. Glad you were able to raise your limit.

I'm going to try sometime later down the road. I hit my 70K relatively quickly in the first month. So I'm hoping they will grant me a increase. Looking to add a business card with Chase to, so fingers crossed.

All I saw my old thread got bumped and thought I could add some context.  I took the advice here in late Dec and apped for CSP and was given 22K limit.

still having 5k limit with bonvoy I waited until the 6+ month mark and requested CLI after the request was possible on the website and was granted 10K CL.

for data points I was at 0 util but had ran through about 7K on the bonvoy card initially ( I use it for work expenses )

That's good to hear. Congrats on your CLI.

I guess it just really depends on your account status. I have about 7 accounts with Chase so my relationship with them is pretty big.
