Here is my recent experience with Chase CLIs online. I was able to get a CLI on 2 out of 3 cards.

When I tap on the link again a day later, the flex isn't there but my 2 other cards are there.
@ZackAttack So your Flex was eligible but it wasn't like accepting a pre-approval, it went to review? And I'm guessing still a SP even if not an instant approval?
I'm assuming a SP but idk, so far I haven't got a notification saying Chase is HPing a bureau as they are all locked.
@ZackAttack, The issue could be, they want your TU unlocked and they SP it.
ETA: Point of reference about unlocking TU
Its possible but no way of knowing. Usually the last few times I have applied for a card they usually send the letter via online portal within 1 day. I have not seen that letter online so I am wondering if they are going to snail mail it.
A very well-delayed letter just showed up on Chase Portal ... It was for the freeze on TU -> unfreeze and call back to even consider it.

@PullingMeSoftly wrote:After receiving CLI's on my 3 Chase cards last month (3 weeks ago, United Club, Sapphire Preferred, Freedom Visa, detailed in this approval thread), I just did a routine check in with the "Request a credit limit increase" tool. Since the time that DP's began appearing about Chase SP approvals, I've received the "no eligible cards" response when checking on prior occasions. This time, however, I see that all three of the cards are eligible, regardless of the phone/manual increases that were done recently:
Since i haven't received an increase via this method before, I'm a bit unsure of the process. Since the interface says "Choose this card", does that mean I've got one shot and need to pick the highest priority, or will I be able to complete requests for all three?
Kinda feels like a double-dip situation, given the recent increases, which I will gladly take!
I have Chase cards for 9 years but I never received any CLI automatically or otherwise...and never seen this kinda eligibility for CLI or approval of an account...Where its on? At online account? I recently called them to ask CLI when I saw on here that almost everyone getting CLI, but I got denied...so does a few of my friends...It could be that we use these Chase cards only once in a 6-8 months for a very little amount...under $10.....So, I guess this might be the culprit in our case...Do you swipe Chase cards enough? Thanks
I believe the "request credit limit increase" link appears only in the mobile app. Click on a credit card > manage account > request credit limit increase
The option for credit limit increase is always there, but whevever I click on it to request CLI, I always get denial....always...Never got not even one CLI in last 9 years....And they alway provide BS reasons which never exist anyway.

Looks like if you take back on the number, it will ask you for your SSN from the robot. The robot will then update the status to pending and will receive something within 7-10 days. So that probably means someone is doing a manual review.
Edit May 11, 2023
So apperently the robot didn't send it off to someone. I do have to speak to a rep for the process to continue
1.2k CL -> 8k CL on my flex. Yay

Does anyone know how often you can request a credit limit increase? 30 days.....6 months?

Chase doesn't offer another CLI within 30 days, for sure, based on various data from all kinds sites. One or two persons were able to get another CLI but I believe that was in 40-45 days but certainly not in 30 days. However, there is no harm trying another CLI in 30 days or even less than that because its a SP anyway....So, you wouldn't lose anything. If I were you, I would try after 6 months....but its just me...I would ask after establishing more relationship and showing more spending AFTER the last CLI so that Chase would be more willing to extend a CLI...and a healthy one...Again, its just me....You can try at anytime...no foul play here...
