Chase EO contact

I wish to contact their EO department to try to appeal a recon denial. Could someone PM the contact number and email.

By the way, I'm surprised you haven't seen the backdoor numbers topic yet.

Re: Chase EO contact

reconing Chase seems to be tricky. I tried and make more than what I feel was required. I had a slight high balance but paid that off and called in. Was denied. oh well Ill wait until my new credit pull

Re: Chase EO contact

Even if your chances are slim, I say go for it. I waited to recon a Citi CC a couple of years ago and wished I hadn't. After weeks of debating with myself, I decided I took a double hard pull for the card, so I was going to send an email pleading my case to their CEO. I received an immediate reply from them and when the person in the EO department called me back, the next day, my CR had just expired, literally the day before. I got the impression that based on my argument, I would've been approved, but they needed to see my CR to make the final determination. The CSR suggested another pull, just one though, but I declined. I had already received 4 pulls from my CO debacle. That was another instance where I waffled on a decision. So I say, don't hesitate, pull the trigger!
