I just called minutes ago. A lady answered the phone. She just regularly asked me some questions and then directly said I can not get this card for my short history and little credit card. It seems there's record that showed my applications were dealed with by other people in 14 as she told me I was denied that time.
She is not patient to listen to my explantion. Her voice seems very sleepy and said have a good night to me, I am very curious if I heard wrong
I did not say all my words but I guess should be useless with her.

What? Goodnight? Ok..Call again in the evening and if it is a no go, let it be and reapply in 2 months for your other accounts to report and give you a healthy boost. Based on your profile, if chase decides to approve you, it will probably be for a toy limit. Your trip is a little time away so in 2 months, you have may have a higher chance of quick approval and a higher limit. But call this evening again as a final note.
