Nothing with similar rewards that's for sure. Since your inquiries are rather low you can try for the freedom and if not try a smaller issuer if you absolutely need a visa card.
Freedom would be more flexible since ultimate rewards points can be used in many ways. And it wouldn't be a bad idea to get your Chase cards out of the way for the 5/24 rule.
Well...I'm actually quite surprised that Amex and Discover would approve credit with a BK still on your credit reports, 60% utilization, and a sub-par payment history. Might as well continue to push your luck and apply for both the Chase Freedom and the U.S. Bank cards.
