Chase Marriott Bonvoy

Just curious how many days did it take for anyone to recieve their card? I was approved last Saturday. I have not recieved the card and I am feeling impatient because I want to book a hotel for next weekend and room availability is dwindling down.

I tried to have the card expedited but was told that Chase does not expedite Co-branded CCs. Is this true? Or did I just get unlucky with that Chase rep?

I don't have any info for you on the Chase delivery timeframe, however, assuming you're not prepaying for your room, you can reserve the room with any card and then change it when you check-in. I do this all the time. (I forget to change my card from my Amex when making work reservations.)

Hey there.

Got approved on Sunday. Expedited on Tuesday. Received on Wednesday. Already driving towards the SUB. So I think you should try calling again hopefully get another rep. who could check if it's already been sent and when to expect it. If not sent, I am sure they'll be happy to overnight it to you.

Cheers!

I am using my Marriott Bonvoy account to get a deal for the room and get the $250 statement with my first purchase. I'd be paying $34 for a one night stay at a Marriott hotel here in NYC which is great. If I use my debit card they will charge it since it is a prepaid deal.

Thank you! You recieved your card extremely fast! I was hoping to have it expedited but just spoke to the wrong rep.

Got it.  If you're prepaying that makes total sense.  Congrats on the new card and the SUB.  Let us know how it works out with expediting the card.

Re: Chase Marriott Bonvoy

So I was told by the rep that my card was not shipped until the 21st. I did not recieve anything via mail today. She stated I would be recieving the card within 3-5 business days. She also stated that if the card was still in progress to be shipped that she could have expedited the card but now that it is already shipped she could not make any changes. The rep stated I could recieve it Monday or as late as Wed. BOOOOOO lol

My boyfriends birthday is Saturday and I was planning something Friday night. I am hoping the hotel I am interested in still has rooms available for a decent price by the time my card comes in.

Re: Chase Marriott Bonvoy

What's the price difference between the Prepaid rate and the general rate?

Prepaid rate for one night: $358.07 w/ taxes and hotel fees

Regular Member rate for one night: $445.29 w/ taxes and fees

I am also trying to factor in the $250 statement. My statement for this card wouldnt hit until Dec 26th since it is a new account.
