I knew that. I'm not planning on applying for anything else until I have one or both of the chase cards, however long that takes.
What others have said, wait awhile before apping on the Marriott,
Chase is VERY PICKY- you could probably/possibly get the Chase Freedom UNLIMITED card, but it woiuld have a low SL.
You really (relatively speaking) do not have any real debt as of yet.
If you are thinking about apping, take the HP now and be done with it, then go gardening.
Realistically, You probably should not app for anything unless your scores are at least 650 or higher (preferably 675+) BUT-
The Capital One Quicksilver One would be a card that you probably could get right now.
