Thanks I just paid off 2 cards just now to bring my utilization to 31%. Now I just need them to report the change so I can apply for the card. Do you think that would guarantee me the CSP?

That would improve your chances but guarantee is a strong word!
Is best to go to a branch and apply so you get better SUB.

Can you tell me what it means when you say get a better SUB?
When you get approve you'll receive "60,000 bonus points after you spend $4,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening" If you go to a branch they have promotions that is running now for 90,000 bonus points instead!
Thank you. I will wait for my card utilization to update so I can go to a branch and apply. Hopefully with 31% utilization and my score estimated at 767 with 2 cards paid off I will get the approval.

If you are under 5/24 (5 new accounts in the past 24 months) then you should be in good shape.

Yup my last new card was opened 3y8m ago.
It's impossible to predict with certainty what the outcome would be but you probably would have better odds applying for the CSP.
Chase kind of hates to be the first at anything other than being the first card out of your wallet and the first to get a payment on payday
but you already have a few cards at or near the CSP's $5K mininum starting limit. The CSR has a $10K mininum starting limit.
Longer term, with the CSP you can request limit imcreases (now only a soft pull) and after 12 months you can request a product change to a CSR if you so choose.

Thank you for all the insight. I will certainly apply for CSP and request limit increases until after a year and maybe request a product change. I was also thinking of applying for the Bilt Mastercard. Should I do that after the CSP?
