Chase Sapphire Reserve 2 week message

I applied for the Chase Sapphire Reserve around an hour ago. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an instant approval and instead got "We'll review your Chase Sapphire Reserve Card application and be in touch soon."

I called the application line and got the two week message. Sharing for DP. Hopefully it turns into an approval!

They pulled Experian. Current scores in signature.

I logged into my chase account and noticed the card had been added to my credit cards!

You scores and other stats seem no issue. Also, no 5/24 issue based on your siggy.

Do you have anything frozen? Sometimes Chase double pulls.

No hold on any bureau! Though, neither my freedom or Amazon card were an instant approval either so I'm hoping this one has the same outcome

2 weeks can mean a tentative approval pending a thumbs up from a senior analyst but it doesn't hurt to call in and ask if there's anything they need from you to help process the application.  If the application is tagged as pending verification it was in fact you that applied they can take care of it while you're on the phone.
