I hope they will be so overwhelmed by apps that they just relax teh rules for the first week. Who knows? Just wishful thinking. If I get denied for the CSR I'm thinking of apping for the CSP immediately after. I've been wanting to get in on the UR points for a while now.

I will probably be on as soon as it goes live !! I won't be a good test for most though because I am 4/24. Of course I know that nobody knows the exact time it will go live but if it does happen to be midnight tonight I'm wondering if that will be eastern time. so 9pm PST. Would not be upset if it happens to be later or tomorrow (or Monday) because I will be at the Chiefs vs. Rams preseason game tonight =)
