Chase hard pull combine failed?

I applied within 1 hour or so for 2 cards, but chase pulled Ex once and then pulled Eq once.

Guess this is a failed hard pull combine? Since I've read somewhere that it is the CB that actually does the combine by collapsing HPs from same creditor made within a short time frame into one. I reckon that Ex can't do that to the pull on Eq and vice versa?

I recently applied with Chase and they double pulled...EX and EQ for one application.

Slick ones lol, had my Ex unfroze for my Amazon app ,primed and ready to go. Not until i received a letter they needed to use TU, did i get it , but they double me up like an oreo. March madness i tell you

They've always double pulled me. That's why l double app them when possible. Lol
OP double pulls are normal for Chase.

It is the bureau that combines the inquiries and it is never a guarantee. Always expect a pull for each request, and be pleasantly surprised if it gets combined.

But what's happened here is the fairly standard Chase double pull.

I got a double pull the last time I apped for them also , also got a big fat denial 😊😊

I've gotten pulls on EX and EQ for one card. You may have still got one set of pulls for the two applications; just so happens that they pulled two bureaus. Better than 4 pulls for 2 cards
