If you want it go for it  90% of the cards ive got I dont need or they only have 1 specific use per year (back to school sales)

I did the same thing with BofA (my checking/savings) didnt need the card, have better cards but wanted a CC with my bank.

Good luck, im off work now but will check when I get home to see if anythings goin on!  This thread is busy

Which is a better card? Slate or Amazon? I'm assuming the Amazon, since the Slate is best for BT, i have no need for a BT i only carry balances to report some kind of utilization.

Ok.. Another cool factor that has been added to the slate is you now get a free EX FICO.  But ifthe Amazon chase card is a better value for you, apply for it and report back.

Yes i have used it heavily and ofcourse PIF each month. I have a good standing with them i thought. I applied for the EDC after having the AmEx green for about a year i think. So maybe i need to wait longer.. And as for which Chase i want, it doesn't really matter to me as much for now. Just to get in with them and in time i would apply for a higher tier card. If those 3 have about the same requirements on approval then i guess its a toss up on which one to apply for.
